Mrs. Jana Sanders is an exceptional teacher. Teaching with her for several years I have seen her help students excel and soar beyond expectations. She’s an advocate for those students who struggle to succeed. She finds students’ strengths and researches how to best help them succeed in their educational journey. She cares so much for their education AND for them as individuals. She strives daily to do what the Lord has lead her to do – help children grow at their levels through their ways of learning to excel to their fullest potential. I fully believe in her and in The Genesis Academy!

I had the pleasure of working with Jana Sanders for two years… she was so diligent and intentional in the work she planned for [students]. Jana worked with me to assess and discuss each individual students’ needs and always made sure every student was set up to experience success.

Jana Sanders is one of the kindest and most compassionate people in and outside of the classroom. She truly cares for each individual student and their success! Mrs. Sanders faith in the Lord and in children is remarkable and we are so blessed to have had her teach my daughter.

After months of Jana going above and beyond [helping Riley] by tracking triggers, giving her a safe space to calm down, and continuing to push her to learn at her own pace, [Jana guided] us to have testing done. We were able clear the fog around how our daughter learns best to get her the much needed special accommodations to help her continue to progress.
Without Jana caring for our sweet girl the way she has and refusing to give up on her when most would have walked away, we wouldn’t have had the privilege of watching [Riley] flourish in the last year.
